The Youngstown-Warren Air Reserve Station is an airport in Vienna Centre, Ohio. It is a military facility located at Vienna Township in Trumbull County, Ohio, 11 miles from Youngstown and 10 miles from Warren. This military installation hosts the 910th Airlift Wing, an Air Force Reserve Command Unit. Vienna Township is located in the southeast part of Trumbull County. It was established in the Connecticut Western Reserve and founded in 1853. Vienna Township is a mid-sized industrial area with a cost of living of 24.1%, less than the US average.

There is no organized family on-base housing, but several top on-base locations to stay at like Vienna Center, Venice Heights, Tyrrell, and Fowler. They are Baker Elementary, Mathew High School, Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics (PIA) Youngstown Campus – School for Aviation Maintenance, ETI Technical College, and Victory Christian School. There are no schools on the base; however, they provide mentorship for young people.
