Born in Warner Robins, GA to a career pilot who transferred to SJAFB where he retired after 25 years. Martie lived on many bases and moved many times with her family before settling in Goldsboro, where now has been her home for almost 50 years. Goldsboro has a hometown feel, but also has the convenience of the beautiful NC beaches and mountains and is only an hour from the busy capital of Raleigh.

Martie takes much pride in building relationships with the people who choose to work with her in not only buying and selling, but also in credit repair and preparation to purchasing if not quite ready. Patience and attention to detail are two of the values she holds close.
