Directions : From Denver take I-70 West to Exit 235 Downieville onto County Rd 308. A road leads up towards Lot 6 off the exit, see last pic in photos, but the road is not marked on the map. Lot 5 sits above Lot 6. For other lots, turn right by the Dumont Post Office at Mill Creek Rd. Turn right on Wild Wagoner Trail. This trail splits right away. If you go right you'll be on Arastra Way. Arastra will split, left is a house driveway and right is the road which leads to another house. Lot 4 is East of this house. If go past Arastra Way and go up 2 switchbacks on Wild Wagoner there's a pull off on the right which leads to Lot 4 (park on road and walk it). The easement for Lot 4 would be accessed here.
