Naval Base Kitsap is a naval base in Bremerton, Washington, located on the Kitsap Peninsula from which it gets its name. It was created in 2004 after Naval Station Bremerton merged with Naval Submarine Base Bangor. This naval station serves as the command for the Navy fleet all through West Puget Sound. Located in Kitsap County in Bremerton, the largest city in the Kitsap Peninsula. This city is famous for its Historic Naval, Maritime Heritage, and shimmering waters overlooking the Puget Sound.
