At the time I was active duty and preparing for retirement. The planning for the next chapter was on an epic plan of logistics. Also, involved moving 1/2 the family in advance while I completed my military contract. This meant not only would we be living apart (not unusual for military families) but also trying to create a somewhat seamless transition from one chapter to the next. Lauren and her team came through. Every single time we called. And we called a lot. We were also under a shorter window for shopping and buying as we were under a VA loan. All showings were on video and required additional leg work for Lauren. While civilians have a budgetary restrictions, we want d to stay within or close to our BAH (Basic Allowance for Housing).
