The Telecommunication and Information Systems Command (TISCOM) is a United States Coast Guard Base that has its headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, with additional units spread throughout the United States. TISCOM provides telecommunications, electronics, and information systems support to the Coast Guard and is responsible for the development of voice and data communications systems used by the Coast Guard.
