The Naval Support Activity Philadelphia is a US Navy base situated in the Lawncrest part of Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This base is 113 miles away from NSA Mechanicsburg and supports the Navy units in the Philadelphia Navy Yard Annex. Also, most of the space in NSA Philadelphia is used as a warehouse for Naval supply commands. Initially, this base was called the Navy Aviation Supply Depot in 1942, but it has changed its name and its mission over the years.
