I am originally from Lansing, Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University, where I earned a BS in Sociology and Public Administration. After graduating, I moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, and spent 3 years working for the State of North Carolina in Courthouse Administration. While this provided me with the ability to connect with people everyday, I wanted a career path that I could take anywhere as a military spouse. I made the leap into real estate and haven't looked back!

I spent 2 years with RE/MAX in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg, NC real estate market and worked extensively with military and former military clientele. My husband was transferred to Fort Carson to join 10th Special Forces Group and we couldn't be happier to call Colorado Springs our home. As a military spouse myself, I understand the stresses of a PCS move and will do everything I can to mitigate the pressures of a relocation. I am extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to ensuring my clients have a smooth and stress-free transaction in both buying and selling. She then arranged showings of several houses all in one day. She specializes in helping military families purchase homes sight unseen when they're coming in from out of the area and based on the videos she sent and her sound judgment, I would have been comfortable purchasing that way.     Katlyn Gauthier was not only a professional who was good at her job, but also like a friend in the way she cared. From the minute we reached out to her, completely clueless on how to buy a house, she was there to answer any questions we had and to actually get us to understand the information. She understood the stress of moving across the country to a new place. Even though we couldn’t be there in person to look at houses, Katlyn took the time to get videos of every single house we were interested in. She even would drive down even farther to show us some of the commute and surrounding areas. She was super candid about the pros and cons of every house she looked at for us. It never felt like she wanted to sell us something just so she could get paid, it felt like she actually cared about us finding a home that would make us happy. She was there to answer any questions we had, no matter what time and if we had already asked a million of them already. When we ran into some issues with the home we were buying, she fought for us to be 100% protected no matter what. She wanted the best for us, and that’s what we got. She was always 100% honest about houses and never just tired to sell one to be done and on to the next. She took her time, did thorough walkthrough videos, and took her time.
